Procedures for access to hospitalisation
Admission is linked to the request of the family doctor directly to the departments concerned, by contacting the nursing coordinator or manager who will communicate when and how the hospitalisation will take place.
Required for hospitalisation
On entry the User needs to provide:
- identity card;
- health card with tax code
- clinical documentation relating to the period prior to hospitalisation (medical records, Xrays, analyses, prescriptions and other therapies, diagnostic tests already performed)
In no case we can allow hospitalisation without the above documents. Moreover It is very important to tell the physicians any information about drugs which the patient usually takes.
Also, patients will need to bring toiletries and other personal hygiene items (towels, liquid soap with dispenser, shampoo, etc.)

- 2 medium sized towels
- 2 sponges
- comfortable shoes and/or slippers shirts
- underwear
- pyjamas
- gymnastic suit with front opening
- dressing gown
- liquid soap shower shampoo
- toothpaste and toothbrush
